Bike Technical Support
A complimentary bike technical support station will be available at the Hotel Plaza in the lead up to Race Day, after which the bike technical support station will move to the Race Village during the event days. It will move back again to the Hotel Plaza after the event to assist athletes with bike boxing and any other bike technical support required.

Training Facilities
For your final preparation for the World Championships, athletes will have access to several facilities for training:
SWIMMING
YAS Beach (Open water)
- A course will be laid out with set distances for training purposes
- 10 minute walk from the Official Hotels
- Opening times: 10am – 5:30pm (Swimming is prohibited after sunset)
- Price:
- Free of charge for all YAS Island hotel guests upon presentation of hotel voucher
- General public: AED 60 on weekdays, AED 120 on weekends

CYCLING
TrainYAS, Yas Marina Circuit - home of the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
- Located across the road from the Yas Plaza Hotels. Athletes can ride their bikes to the venue
- Floodlit, 5.55km loop for running and cycling on the F1 track
- Training times:
- Mondays & Wednesdays: 18:00 – 22:00
- Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 06:00 – 08:00
- LADIES ONLY on Tuesday nights: 18:00 – 21:00
